The Patek Philippe Nautilus (Ref. 3710/1A-001) features a distinctive 42mm steel case with black dial and Roman numeral hour markers. Powered by the automatic Caliber 330SC IZR with 48-hour power reserve, this rare "Comet" variant includes a unique power reserve indicator at 12 o'clock. The watch is presented on its original steel bracelet with folding clasp.
In very good condition, showing only minor signs of wear. Recently serviced by Patek Philippe. Does not include original box or papers.
