Once we have confirmed the details, we will purchase your watch through our worldwide network of retailers, collectors and private sellers.

We'll send you details of what we find. If you wish to continue, you make the payment and we in turn buy the watch for you.

We carry out a final inspection of your watch before shipping it to you. The watch will be covered by our one-year warranty and our Watch Certificate.

How can we get you the watch?
The watch sourcing process at GWC is simple, and we keep it simple, ensuring that the responsibility is ours. When you decide what you're looking for, share the details with us. Whether you know the exact model name or just the basics like year, size, dial color, etc., you let us know what you're looking for as well as the budget. If you are satisfied with a watch on the shared list and would like to buy it, please confirm by mail or accept in writing. This is the final specification e-mail, and you pay us a deposit of 50% of the watch price so that we can go and buy the watch for you. You only commit to the purchase and pay the remaining balance when the watch you described in the letter or in the final specification corresponds to the piece purchased. If this is not the case, we will refund your deposit. Please note that we will only refund your deposit when the watch we have purchased for you does not meet the requirements you have mentioned in the final specifications. As we bought the watch especially for you, we cannot refund you if you change your mind in the meantime.
