Selling or trading in your watch with GWC couldn't be easier. Once you've sent us an initial inquiry telling us the make and model of your watch, we'll send you a quote within 24 hours. We will then collect your watch free of charge at your convenience using our free home collection service. After an inspection at our brand-approved service center, we'll make you a final offer. If you are happy with this offer, we will transfer the money to your account by direct debit within 5 days if you are selling, or we will process your order and send you your new watch if you are requesting a trade-in.
Although it is not essential to have the box and papers to sell us your watch, their absence may affect its value. Proof of purchase will be required if you do not have the box and papers.
Once you have accepted our final offer, you will receive the corresponding amount in your account within five working days.
