The IWC Ingenieur Chronograph Racer (Reference IW378509) is a dynamic and robust sports chronograph that channels the bold, automotive-inspired spirit of the Ingenieur line, blending technical prowess with a distinctly modern aesthetic. Crafted in stainless steel with a commanding 45 mm case, it presents a sporty and highly legible character with its textured silver dial and contrasting black subdials, reminiscent of a racing instrument panel. Powered by the in-house automatic Caliber 89361, it offers a substantial 68-hour power reserve and features a practical flyback chronograph function with an integrated totalizer. The black rubber strap, 100-meter water resistance, and the model's signature five-bolt bezel complete its character as a resilient and high-performance timepiece for the modern engineer or motorsport enthusiast. The watch is in very good condition with only minor, intangible signs of wear, and includes its original box and papers.
