How Can We Get The Watch To You?
The process of sourcing watches at GWC is simple, and we keep it simple, ensuring the responsibility lies with us. When you decide what you're looking for, share the details with us. Whether you know the exact model name or just the basics like year, size, dial color, etc., you tell us what you're looking for and the budget. We will research and list the best options with no obligation.
If you are satisfied with a watch from the shared list and would like to purchase it, please confirm to us by mail or agree in writing. This is the final specification email, and you pay us a deposit of 50% of the watch amount so that we can go out and buy the watch for you. It is totally our responsibility to procure the watch you requested from us during confirmation.
You only commit to the purchase and pay the remaining balance when the watch you described in the letter or during the final specification corresponds to the piece purchased. Otherwise, we will refund your deposit. Please note that we refund your deposit only when the watch we purchased for you does not meet the requirements you mentioned in the final specifications. As we bought the watch especially for you, we cannot refund you if you change your mind in the meantime.
