The Geneva watch co Guarantee
To preserve the value of your watch, every pre-owned watch we sell comes with a 24-month warranty and any remaining brand warranty. So, if you are not responsible for a malfunction on your watch, we will repair it free of charge within the warranty year. Please note that our warranty does not apply to new watches.
How does the GWC Guarantee work?
- If your watch is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you can send it to us to be repaired by our Authorized Service Center, or by an authorized retailer.
- If your watch is covered by the GWC Warranty, but no longer by the manufacturer's Warranty, our Authorized Service Center will carry out the repair, with the collaboration of the manufacturer if necessary.
- If your watch is no longer covered by any warranty, you can send it to us for a quote. Any maintenance carried out by our Authorized Service Center will be covered by a 24-month GWC Warranty.
Important information:
Please note that our warranty covers only mechanical and manufacturing defects. Our warranty is subject to the same general conditions as the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's standard warranty does not cover theft or loss of the watch. Also excluded are normal wear and tear of the watch (especially the strap) and any deterioration caused by accident, mishandling or poor maintenance, as well as damage caused by immersion in water not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Any modification of a watch by the addition or substitution of components with replacement products that have not been supplied by the manufacturer will also void the warranty. The use of replacement parts may seriously compromise the technical performance, reliability and water resistance of the watch.

Warranty returns should be sent to our Authorized Service Center, but you can also drop off your watch in person for us to send it to the Center. Please note that packages must be insured at your expense.
The warranty is in addition to your statutory and legal rights.
If your watch has a problem
If your watch is faulty, you can return it to us for inspection. If the repair is covered by warranty, it will be carried out free of charge. To benefit from the warranty, please complete the questionnaire below giving as much detail as you can about the fault with the watch. A member of our dedicated team will contact you to arrange the repair.
